I am Suzette.
When I think back to my younger self, I remember throwing ingredients together and creating menus. I’ve been baking, creating and cooking professionally for more than 13 years. I love being creative. I am an experienced and talented private chef, skilled at preparing professional meals for a variety of tastes.
I am based in the Garden Route – Plettenberg Bay. I love to travel and I have been to amazing venues and private destinations, to cook, all over South Africa.
My food creations not only look fantastic, but taste amazing too.
I am always up for a challenge big or small. I aim to please and satisfy your culinary experience, always ready to use my vast knowledge to provide exemplary client service for a range of occasions ranging from corporate events to private parties.
I believe in a high level of hospitality and customer service whether working in your kitchen, or my own. I pride myself on the use of fresh, seasonal produce and organic, free range products, where possible.
I have owned my own restaurant and been in the industry for many years. I’ve learnt many lessons on many levels, made mistakes and I had the opportunity to figure out what I really love to do, I love to create and to be creative.
I have been privileged to cook for anything from two people to two hundred guests. I fell in love with the private chef world, where I am pushing my boundaries to work precisely and to plate a piece of art.
